what the cap means

An eight-person company starts with 3 agents at $3,000 a month. If it grows to 10 agents, the bill reaches $10,000. After that, up to one extra agent a month is included at no extra cost. The bill stays at $10,000 while the company stays in the same size band.

Before your first agent starts, we write down what your agents should be doing by day 90 and how we’ll both know. If it isn’t clearly working by then, or you decide we were all talk, you get back every dollar you’ve paid us, and we apologize for wasting your time.
After that there’s no term: end any agent, or all of them, at the end of any month.
rent, with the option to buy
Make it yours.
A buyout is a separate purchase at 24 times your monthly fee at the time. Paying for 24 months does not automatically transfer ownership.
You receive the source code, workflows, agents, operating instructions, and a perpetual license to run and change the systems for your business. We move them to your accounts and train your team. After a buyout, you or another provider take on hosting, AI, third-party service costs, and maintenance.
For example, a company paying $10,000 a month can buy out its systems for $240,000. The agreement can also transfer to a buyer of your company, so they can keep the managed service. Your data and documented procedures remain yours if you leave.
